2Cor. 3:4-11 | Ps. 99:5-9 | Mt. 5:17-19

Paul is explaining the new covenant that we have been given.  The importance of our life is not to be looked upon as the great writers of the new law but to invite us to love God and neighbor.  But Jesus is telling the leaders of the Church what is important, how we are to live and work/minister with the full help of the Spirit.  We do this in humility and ask to belong to Christ.  Paul seems to go along with this as he tells us that we are to live our lives in truthfulness.  We are called to say “yes” when we are following Christ.  We are to say “no” when we mean no.  Doing this will help us remember the call of Christ each day.
