Both stories from Tobit and Mark speak about the owner of property and the son.  The fathers have done some wonderful deeds to provide for their sons to take care of those who are beaten, hurt and destroyed.

Take time today to pray with the passages from Tobit and Mark.  How is God calling you to take care of others who are mistreated?  Is there anything you can do today, to help those who have no home, food, and/or clothing?  Devise a plan now.
