Friday of the Twenty Eighth Week in Ordinary Time

Eph. 1:11-14 | Ps. 33:1-2,4-5, 12-13 | Lk. 12:1-7

Paul continues to offer praises to God and prays that we will live in Christ and bring the Word of God to people everywhere. God calls us to remain in Him and to be the people He has ordained us to be.

The Gospel invites us to walk in the footsteps of the Lord.  We should not wonder what we will do.  God will walk with us  on this journey and even though there are people who might want to do bad things to us, we need to ask God to be present to us in these difficult times.  We need to trust God to take care of us.  God’s love is above and beyond our own thoughts.  God knows our needs even before we do and God will not abandon us.
