HELPING HANDS MEDICAL CLINIC: Helping Hands Clinic for the Homeless seeks to improve the physical and mental well-being of the homeless and poor by: delivering comprehensive health care, sensitizing providers to the special needs of the homeless and engaging the community in meaningful contribution. Helping Hands is a group of volunteer health professionals who have provided free healthcare to the poor and/or homeless for over 30 years. All of their clients live at or below the poverty line and 55% are homeless.
Healthcare professionals (MDs, Psychologists, PAs and ARNP, RNS) are needed Mondays from 3:00-7:00 pm and shifts are flexible. HH provides clinic services on Wednesdays at GRACE Marketplace. Hospitality angels provide the ingredients, cook, deliver or serve meals. Whether your talent is healthcare, hospitality or beauty/barbering, you can make a very real difference to someone in need by serving at Helping Hands.
Medical professionals, please contact Brendan.firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If you would like to provide the ingredients, cook, deliver or serve Monday night meals, please contact Lisa McQuagge at Queen of Peace Catholic Community for more information.
